A night market that opens after the living have gone home. The vendors are ghosts, the goods are memories, and the customers do not always leave with what they came for. The film is twelve minutes and hand-drawn. It is built on a real market in north Kolkata, walked and photographed over three weeks, and the ghosts are drawn from the stories the vendors there tell about it. The animatic is cut and it plays. What it needs now is someone to direct the animation, someone to paint the backgrounds, and a way to pay for both.
