Jugaad Valley Labs
Jugaad Valley Labs is an independent studio working on its own animation, film and digital projects, alongside a few things outside that.
The studio was set up in 2026 to get an idea into shape before putting it in front of anyone. Every idea is built in a small version first, shown to people who can take it further, and then either taken on or dropped.
Projects begin inside the studio. Outside collaborators join on terms agreed before anything starts, and submissions from outside are read as they come.
Jugaad, in the name, means starting with what is available rather than waiting for the right conditions. It does not mean cutting corners.
